A fan has rushed onstage after Beyonce and Jay-Z’s ‘On The Run’ concert in Atlanta.
The man jumped onstage and ran after the power couple following their perfromance.
In a video uploaded to YouTube the man can be seen rushing after the couple, with no security stopping him.
The dancers then chase after the man and try to tackle him down, a fight ensued until the man was taken away by security.
Atlanta Police officer Lisa Bender told The Press that 26-year-old Anthony Charles Thomas Maxwell ran on stage, approached Jay-Z and made contact with him, as the On the Run II concert was ending on Saturday night.
Police said the man was quickly stopped by security people and back-up dancers.
Maxwell was initially issued a citation for disorderly conduct and released, but police have added a charge of simple battery, however fans are looking for more charges to be added.
Beyoncé’s spokesperson Yvette Noel-Schure revealed that Beyoncé and Jay-Z are fine.
