Vince Vaughn has been charged with drink driving three months after his arrest.
The actor was caught driving under the influence in June, but has only been charged with the crime now.
The 48-year-old was initially arrested on 10th June and was later released on $5,000 bail.
Vince has been charge with three misdemeanours of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with .08 percent blood alcohol content or higher and refusing to comply with a police officer.
The actor reportedly refused to get out of his car when asked by police at a checkpoint.
The father-of-two is set to appear in Against All Enemies alongside stars such as Kristen Stewart and Anthony Mackie in 2019.
