Taylor Swift makes another dig at Scooter Braun in candid Vogue interview

Taylor Swift is British Vogue’s December cover girl – and in her interview with the mag, she took a subtle swipe at Scooter Braun and his label Big Machine Records.

Taylor commented on the importance of maintaining “ownership” over the things you create – after claiming in an explosive statement that Big Machine Records was “blocking” her from performing her own songs as they own the master recordings.

“I think [writing] is really important – also from the side of ownership over what you do and make,” she said.

“Even if you aren’t a natural writer, you should try to involve yourself in the messages you’re sending.”

Taylor also explained that she might make a more permanent side step into acting at some point.

The star is performing in movie musical Cats, due out next year.

When asked if she would be acting more regularly, she said: “I have no idea.”

“When I was younger, I used to get questions like, ‘Where do you see yourself in 10 years?’ I’d try to answer.”

“As I get older, I’m learning that wisdom is learning how dumb you are compared to how much you are going to know.”
