Soulja Boy has been sentenced to 240 days in jail for violating his probation.
The rapper appeared in court on Tuesday, after being in prison for the last 20 days.
According to TMZ the 28-year-old was given 40 days credit from the judge and will start his sentence ASAP.
The rapper was taken into custody last month because he allegedly failed to do his court-ordered community service.
Soulja Boy also had his 265 days of community service reinstated and his solicitor, Fred G. Minassian said: “My client is very thankful to the judge that he was sentenced to only 240 days because the judge was initially contemplating a sentence of two years.”
“Once he’s released, he’s committed to follow all the orders and directives of the court and of the probation department.”
