He’s a famously private person, but Robert Pattinson got candid in his latest interview.
The actor opened up to Howard Stern about Twilight, keeping his relationship out of the spotlight and why he was expelled from school.
Robert admitted with a laugh that he is “kind of” engaged to FKA Twigs, and explained that maintaining a personal life can be “one of the most frustrating things in the world”.
“Basically, for whatever reason with Twilight, I don’t know if it’s a specific thing with the audience, but there’s like a crap troupe of crazies who like think like every single decision you’re making is creating some kind of conspiracy,” he said.

“And so, you kind of think, like, to protect it, you kind of think, I want to create a big boundary between it, but it makes it difficult for your actual relationship.”
Robert then revealed that he was expelled from his private school in England for stealing porno magazines and then selling them to students.
“I’d sell them for a lot of money,” he said. “I used to go in and take like one or two and put them in my bag. I was in my school uniform when I was doing it, so it was kind of risky. But, then at the end, I got so cocky that I would take the entire rack and I got caught.”
Robert also admitted he was nearly fired from Twilight for not smiling enough and took Valium before his audition. Hear the interview HERE.
