Priyanka Chopra has opened up about her engagement to Nick Jonas and said that it feels “very different.”
The couple announced their engagement in July, just two months after they started dating.
Priyanka has now opened up about her engagement and told E! News that it feels “very different” than having a boyfriend.
“I’m excited. It’s a very different feeling. I never realised that having a boyfriend and having a fiancé are completely different,” the actress explained.
“It just feels different. There’s gravitas. You feel like family, which is just so different,” she continued.
Nick previously opened up about his connection with Priyanka, as he told the Today show: “The thing that really connected both of us was our love for family and faith and the importance of being connected to those.”
Speaking about her fiancé’s comments, Priyanka told E! News: “We have that in common very much.”
“We’ve known each other for a couple of years but we dated for just a little while, but I think that’s the one thing we really connect on is our love for family and knowing faith is so important to us,” the 36-year-old continued.
Although fans have been eager to find out when the couple intend to tie the knot, neither of them have revealed their wedding plans just yet.
