Lady Gaga has posted the first look at her new movie, in which she stars alongside Bradley Cooper.
The Million Reasons singer will make her big-screen debut in the upcoming movie musical remake of A Star is Born.
The picture shows a brown-haired Lady Gaga singing into a mic, standing beside Bradley’s character who is playing the guitar.
“I am so excited to star in my first movie alongside someone I’m so lucky to call my friend. I always wanted to be an actress on the big screen,” she wrote alongside the snap.
“The story of A Star Is Born is so special and I’m so grateful to Bradley for making my dream come true. Can’t wait for you to meet Ally.”
Although Gaga has previously debuted her acting skills in American Horror Story, this will be her first starring role in a major film.
Bradley will play the alcoholic movie star who helps Gaga’s character, Ally, find fame and fortune even as his own career plummets.
Warner Bros. have also confirmed that that the film will be shooting concert scenes at Coachella, which Gaga headlined over the weekend, and revealed that Bradley and Lady Gaga will perform together on stage.
A Star is Born is set for release in Fall 2018.
