Pete Davidson joked about getting “killed by a 12-year-old” during his latest stand-up comedy gig.

The comedian famously got engaged to pop singer Ariana Grande last year, and he received serious abuse from her fans after they split in October.

Pete was performing at The Mirage’s Aces of Comedy event in Las Vegas when he poked fun at his split from Ariana at the end of his set.

After an audience member tossed a joint onstage for him, a shocked Pete quipped: “My biggest fear is getting killed by a 12-year-old.”

The SNL star’s set marked his first time performing in Las Vegas, after he backed out of his scheduled appearance at the Life Is Beautiful festival last year – following his split from Ariana.

During his set, Pete brought up ‘cancel culture’ in Hollywood, and joked about Harvey Weinstein, R. Kelly, and Michael Jackson – who have all been accused of sexual assault and abuse.

Pete said: “It’s a weird time. Jokes are very scary to tell. Isn’t that weird? That’s the scariest thing you could do right now. Tell a joke.”

“Because really, I think people pick and choose what they want to be mad at. You, know? Because it’s all depending on if you like the person or not.”

He continued: “It’s easy to hate Harvey Weinstein because he’s ugly and fat, but then, like, R. Kelly comes around and you’re, like, ‘Well, he had his demons.’ But then ‘Ignition Remix’ was a great song. So we can look past that. Harvey Weinstein didn’t have no ‘Ignition Remix.'”

Addressing HBO’s Leaving Neverland documentary, Pete said: “There’s a full two-hour documentary about Michael Jackson. People are like, ‘He had a rough childhood.’ People pick and choose.”
