Paris Jackson pays tribute to her father on the ninth anniversary of his death

Paris Jackson took to Instagram on July 25 to pay tribute to her late father, Michael Jackson.

The young star posted a picture of the King of Pop alongside the caption, “Infinite”.

Paris officially opened up about dealing with her father’s death for the first time last year in a Rolling Stone interview.

Michael Jackson died nine years ago on June 25, 2008, after going into cardiac arrest from overdosing on prescription medication.

The circumstances surrounding his death remain up in the air to this day.

On the anniversary of his death, the official Michael Jackson Instagram account also posted this sweet picture to remember the artist:

Paris also took to Twitter to say, “Thank you all for the love you’ve sent during this time.”

Other family members and celebrities also took to Twitter to celebrate the late legend.

“We will always miss you! We will always love you!” Michael’s sister La Toya wrote.
