Paris Hilton’s mother, Kathy Hilton, has revealed why the star has postponed her wedding.
The socialite’s wedding with actor, Chris Zylka, was set to take place in November, but was pushed back recently with fans speculating as to why the ceremony was postponed.
The 37-year-old’s mother has now revealed that the wedding was pushed back due to Paris’ busy schedule.
“She’s basically been traveling. She’s really been busy … she has contracts and you have to fulfil all [of] them, you know?” Kathy told US Weekly.
The mother-of-four said that the postponement will not affect the wedding’s guest list or Paris’ involvement in the planning.
“I think it will be what it always was gonna be: beautiful and, hopefully, what she likes. She’ll have her say in it,” she continued.
Paris announced her engagement in January, by showing off her 20-carat diamond ring and pictures of Chris’ proposal on Instagram.
