Chris Kirkpatrick and his wife Karly have announced that they are expecting their first child in the best way.
The happy couple posed beside a poster of movie The Boss Baby, and the photo was altered with the addition of “Baby Kirkpatrick”, and also adding, “Coming October 2017.”
Chris and Karly tied the knot back in 2013, and he is now the third member of NSYNC to become a dad, following Justin Timberlake and Joey Fatone.
Justin has son Silas with wife Jessica Biel, while Joey is father to daughters Brianna and Kloey with wife Kelly.
Speaking to People, Chris said, “Karly and I are over the moon excited that we are welcoming a new addition to the family.
“We are both looking forward to becoming parents, and learning how much fun having a child will be.”
Around the time of his wedding four years ago, Chris spoke of wanting to have children “quickly”.
“Karly wants to have kids really quickly, so we’re going to do that. That’s our plan. We’re definitely ready to have children – we both want them.”
