Nelly was arrested for allegedly raping a woman on his tour bus over the weekend.
The Hot In Herre singer was arrested under suspicion of rape in Washington state on Saturday – but he was later released, and claimed that he was innocent.
However, TMZ have now reported that Nelly’s alleged victim met him at a club on Friday night, and she claims that they went back to his tour bus where he forced her to have sex without a condom.
They’ve also reported that the woman said no, and that Nelly allegedly offered her money after the incident, which she declined.
Speaking to E! News, Nelly’s lawyer Scott Rosenblum said, “It does not surprise me that she wanted to have her story publicized. That is playbook 101 of a person with an agenda and clearly she has one. The agenda is money, fame and notoriety.”
“We will be able to show by objective evidence and unbiased witnesses that she has zero credibility…She’s a person who is making a dangerous, fraudulent allegation to accomplish her own goals.”
