Mean Girls cast reunite to raise money for the victims of the Las Vegas shooting

This is amazing

The cast of Mean Girls reunited on the iconic date ‘October 3rd’ for the victims of the Las Vegas this week.

Fans will remember October 3rd for the day that Aaron Samuels asked Cady Heron what day it is in math class – and the date has since been dubbed Mean Girls Day.

Well, the cast are now using the huge following of the classic chick flick to raise money for the victims of the Las Vegas shooting on Sunday night, which left 59 people dead and 527 injured.

Although we love everything Mean Girls, from the witty catch phrases to the hilarious memes, we are applauding the cast for using this iconic date for good.

Lacey Chabert, who plays Gretchen Wieners in the unforgettable movie, goes onto say, “Guys, look we know fetch is never going to happen, but we CAN make this happen.”

The objective is to get people to donate $3 to reach their goal of $300,000. The GoFundMe page is for the National Compassion Fund to benefit victims of the tragedy.

This fund was originally used for the Pulse Nightclub shooting, the Aurora shooting and 9/11.

If you want to get involved and be a part of the campaign go onto the GoFundMe page.
