The man who stole Frances McDormand’s Oscar live streamed it on Facebook.
Terry Bryant has since been arrested for felony theft and his bail was set at $25,700.
Frances McDormand won Best Actress for Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri.
The 47-year-old swiped her award off the table at the Governor”s Ball and made haste before being caught by Wolfgang Puck’s photographer who got the award back.
In the damning video he posted on Facebook Terry says ‘This is mine. We got it tonight, baby.’
The video has since been deleted but he went on to say, ‘Who wants to tell me congratulations?’
Terry told his Facebook followers he won it ‘for music’.
Security at the Governors Ball are looking for this guy, who grabbed Frances McDormand’s Oscar and ran out with it. He’s no stranger to award ceremonies having also attended the Grammys, BET Awards and Golden Globes recently.
His own social media boasts many photos of him with celebrities including Beyonce and Mariah Carey, as well as snaps of him with other people’s awards.
