According to news station ‘WESH 2’, Hunt was originally charged with Attempted Kidnapping and Aggravated Stalking with a Credible Threat, however a Florida judge took out the Attempted Kidnapping charge after reading over the arrest paperwork made by police.
During the hearing over the weekend, the man was seen smiling and laughing in a courtroom.
Police told Orlando Sentinel that police were alerted to the threat after an anonymous source called in to say Hunt shared ‘cryptic and threatening’ posts on social media toward the singer.
Lana is currently on her ‘ LA To the Moon’ Tour, and is rescheduled to return to work this week.
