Kylie Jenner flaunts head-to-toe Missguided outfit – after Kim Kardashian won MILLIONS in lawsuit against them

The reality star accused them of ripping off her outfits

Kylie Jenner has flaunted a head-to-toe outfit from Missguided on her Instagram, after her sister Kim Kardashian won millions in a lawsuit against them.

The 22-year-old’s best friend Stassie Karanikolaou is launching her own collection with the fashion brand on August 22, and celebrated the collaboration by hosting a dinner in LA last night.

Of course, Kylie attended the bash, and showed her support by wearing pieces from Stassie’s new range.

Showing off her outfit on Instagram, Kylie said: “I’m wearing full Stassie x Missguided collab. This whole outfit is from her collab, even to the purse, to these clear shoes, that are so comfortable. Congrats Stassie!”

Kylie donned a head-to-toe Missguided look, after her older sister Kim accused Missguided USA of ripping off her outfits.

The reality star was awarded $2.7 million in damages in a default judgment filed last month in a federal district court in California.

According to E! News, the official court documents read: “Defendant Misguided USA Finance Inc. has failed to appear, plead, or otherwise defend in this action, and default was entered on March 29, 2019.”

“Pursuant to the Court’s Order Granting in Part Plaintiffs’ Motion for Default Judgment, judgment is hereby entered in favor of Plaintiffs and against Misguided USA in the amount of $2,700,000.00 in damages and $59,600.00 in attorneys’ fees.”

“Furthermore, Misguided USA is hereby permanently enjoined from using Plaintiffs’ trademarks in connection with the sale, marketing or distribution of its products.”

The mother-of-four filed a lawsuit against Missguided USA back in February, and originally sought “damages in excess of $10 million.”

The KUWTK star slammed the brand for allegedly using her name and image without permission to advertise their own “knock-off” designs.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star allegedly included photos of her own social media posts alongside the company’s posts to show the similarities and misrepresentation.

Then back in May, the 38-year-old filed documents requesting a summary judgment of $5 million, after Missguided USA failed to respond to her claims.

In the same legal filing, Kim said she regularly turns down sponsored content offers, because she doesn’t want to be associated with these companies.

Kim’s lawyer Michael Kump previously said: “Missguided does not merely replicate the looks of these celebrities as seen on red carpets, in paparazzi photos, and in social media posts.”

“Missguided systematically uses the names and images of Kardashian and other celebrities to advertise and spark interest in its website and clothing.”

Kim filed the suit after she lashed out at fast fashion brands for copying her looks earlier this year.

At the time, she wrote: “It’s devastating to see these fashion companies rip off designs that have taken the blood, sweat and tears of true designers who have put their all into their own original ideas.”

“I’ve watched these companies profit off my husband’s work for years and now that it’s also affecting designers who have been so generous to give me access to their beautiful works, I can no longer sit silent.”

“Only two days ago, I was privileged enough to wear a one-of-a-kind vintage Mugler dress and in less than 24 hours it was knocked off and thrown up on a site – but it’s not for sale. You have to sign up for a waitlist because the dress hasn’t even been made to sell yet.”
