Kylie Jenner is being sued by a makeup line over her ‘Born to Sparkle’ range.
The 21-year-old released her ‘Born to Sparkle’ eyeshadow on 6th August as part of her birthday range, but Sheree Cosmetics has claimed that they created the eyeshadow first.
According to TMZ, the makeup brand has alleged that Kylie Cosmetics stole the ‘Born to Sparkle’ makeup, colour and packaging from them.
Sheree Cosmetics reportedly filed for trademark of ‘Born to Sparkle’ on August 30th, three weeks after Kylie Cosmetics launched their version of the eyeshadow.
Founder of Sheree Cosmetics, Tiffany Hermann, told DailyMailTV that the eyeshadow was launched by her brand in October 2017 and that they are taking Kylie to court “to protect our business.”
