Kourtney Kardashian REVEALS EXACTLY what her new diet will consist of

Kourtney Kardashian has revealed what exactly her daily diet consists of in order to maintain her trim figure.

Kourtney, 38, revealed on Instagram that she is following a three month strict detox in order to re-balance her body.

The mum of three will follow the strict diet for three months which emits dairy and gluten from the diet completely.

 

According to People Magazine this is what Kourt’s diet will consists of:

Breakfast: a creamy avocado pudding  (one avocado, a tablespoon of cane sugar, half a cup of whole milk and a tablespoon of  honey).

Lunch and dinner: fish or chicken with a side of broccoli or cauliflower.

The reality star shared a post on her app outlining her reasons for the strict diet.
She says she has been detoxing “on and off for a few months now”  and that due to her doctor finding high levels of mercury and lead in her system she had decided to keep her bod in a state of ketosis – ”when the glycogen in your liver is depleted and the body burns fatty acids for energy”.
Kourtney also urged her followers to consult their own doctor before trying the diet out for themselves.
