Kim Kardashian has sparked serious backlash once again, after she used the word “retarded” on her Instagram Story.
The mother-of-three attended her sister Kendall Jenner’s birthday party on Halloween night, where she dressed up as 90s Pamela Anderson alongside her BFF Jonathan Cheban, who dressed up as Tommy Lee.
However, guests at the party had a hard time identifying their costumes, which left Kim feeling frustrated.
In a number of videos on her Instagram Story, Kim said “nobody knows who we are” before adding that Kendall’s guests were all “too f**king young” to figure it out.
Then in one clip, Kim was talking to her former assistant Stephanie Shepherd when she exclaimed, “Nobody knows who I am. Yeah! Retarded.”
Kim’s followers were quick to pick up on the offensive slur, and the clip has since been removed from her Story.
Back in July, Kim’s sister Khloe Kardashian was slammed for using the same word during an Instagram Live.
After she was criticised on Twitter, Khloe apologised by saying, “Ugh I hate that word! Why did I even say that? You are a million percent right and I actually greatly dislike when people use that word! I will do better! I am sorry!”
