Kim Kardashian has returned to Paris for the first time since she was robbed at gunpoint in the French capital back in 2016.
The KUWTK star, who has been very open about the trauma she suffered following the attack, is now back in the major city with her rapper husband Kanye West for Paris Fashion Week.
The mother-of-three posted photos to her Instagram story this morning, announcing her arrival in the city.
In October 2016, Kim was sleeping in her apartment when she awoke to find five masked men in her room.
After tying her up and gagging her, the robbers got away with millions of dollars worth of jewellery.
In an episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians following the attack, a friend asked Kim if she planned on returning to Paris.
“Not any time soon. I don’t wanna go any time soon. Maybe in five, six, seven or ten years time,” Kim said at the time.
However, Kim has returned less than two years later to sit front row at the Louis Vuitton Men’s Spring-Summer 2019 Fashion Show at the Parisien Palais Royal alongside her husband.
The a-list couple were also joined by her sister Kylie Jenner, her boyfriend Travis Scott, as well as close friend Jordyn Woods.
The show was arranged by Louis Vuitton’s new men’s artistic director Virgil Abloh, a long time personal and professional friend of Kanye.
Kim shared this photo to her Instagram story of the two sharing an emotional embrace after the show.
