Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux fans were saddened to hear that her marriage to Justin Theroux ended earlier this month.
The couple had been married for almost three years.
Justin Theroux has since cancelled an appearance on the Late Show with Stephen Colbert but today he resurfaced when he broke his social media silence following the split.
What better way to mend a broken heart than playing with puppies!
The Leftovers star is in Texas at the moment supporting an animal sanctuary.

The star joked about being bitten by the pitbulls he visited and remarked on the amazing work the staff do.
“I cannot understand how they do what they do, day after day, so consistently and lovingly to save so many dogs and cats.”
“I HIGHLY recommend going in and getting your nose bit by a toothless baby pitbull.”
He also gave a shout out to the Houston Pets Alive before finishing the post with two strange hashtags, “#selenagomez” and
“#Yeahthatsrightselenaididittoyouagainbutifyousawtheseguysyouddowhateveryoucouldtooalsoiknowyourechilllikethat”.
The long hashtag reads, ‘Yeah that’s right Selena I did it to you again but if you saw these guys you’d do whatever you could too also I know you’re chill like that.’
Selena Gomez is from Texas and she’s very good friends with his ex.
Perhaps it’s an indication that there’s no bad blood between them despite the end of his marriage to Jen?
