Joshua Sasse knew that getting romantic with Kylie Minogue would make him a star, according to co-star Vinnie Jones.
Soon after news broke that the pair had split, it has been revealed that Joshua made a beeline for the songstress as soon as he heard that she had landed a cameo on his US TV show Galavant, in which he plays the leading role.
The actor’s co-star Vinnie Jones has now admitted that Joshua moved into the same hotel Kylie had booked into, the night before she arrived on set.
“I knew about them before anyone. Joshua was moving into her hotel the night before she came – on purpose,” Vinnie told The Sun.

“I said to him, ‘Am I the only one who’s got this?’ He said, ‘What do you mean?’ I said, ‘F*** off, Josh’. His opening line to her was, ‘You do know all our guest stars have dinner with the star of the show of Galavant’. He’s hilarious. She was on set quite a bit.”
The Australian singer dumped Joshua one year after the pair got engaged, after she grew suspicious of his close relationship with another actress.
Vinnie, who played King Richard’s bodyguard and confidante, also revealed how unpopular Joshua was on set for dating Kylie.
“Me and him were fantastic, but there were some of the others he didn’t like and he kept playing up.
“It’s hard to remember some of the bulls**t he came out with because he was having a feud with a lot of them. “I’d come home and in the morning it’d be, ‘Josh had done this, Josh had done that’. It was hilarious. Josh was having a f***ing war with all of them and I was f***ing loving it.”
