Jennifer Lopez has responded to rumours that Alex Rodriquez is going to propose to her at Christmas.
The couple have been dating for nearly two years and last month the baseball player told Access: “I don’t want to give any secrets away for this holiday. It’s something that is heartfelt.”
J-Lo appeared on Ellen on Thursday and the presenter asked the singer when she is getting engaged, as she claimed Alex texted her to say he was planning to pop the question soon.
“He did not say that. he did not say that,” Jennifer insisted.
The celeb has been married three times and when Ellen asked if she would walk down the aisle again, the singer responded: “I don’t know. We are [happy], we’ve been together a couple of years, it’s nice.”
The host also hinted that the singer might get engaged at Christmas, as she said that Alex had previously revealed that he was getting the singer “something romantic, thoughtful but inexpensive” for the festive holiday.
“Did he say inexpensive? That’s not going to work! We don’t work overtime for all that! Thoughtful and romantic I’ll take,” J-Lo joked.
When Ellen told the singer she wouldn’t end the interview until Jennifer confirmed a date, the mother-of-two replied: “You will not find that out.”
The celeb was married to actor, Ojani Noa, from 1997-1998, before she tied the knot with Cris Judd in 2001 and split two years later; and was married to singer, Marc Anthony from 2004-2014.
