Fans may have been hoping for a Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner reunion – but the pair are now officially finalising their divorce.
Although Jen was the one who “staged an intervention” and drove Ben to rehab this week, TMZ are reporting that their marriage is finally over.
Sources connected with the couple told the site that “Ben and Jen have reached a property settlement, which was complicated and time-consuming because of the fortune that needed to be divided”.

They also stated that the pair DON’T have a prenup, and that all of their earnings over the last 12 years have been shared.
The site added that “they agreed to joint custody of their 3 children”.
