Jenna Dewan has admitted she felt “blindsided” when she found out that her ex-husband Channing Tatum had moved on with British singer Jessie J.

In her new book ‘Gracefully You: Finding Beauty And Balance In The Everyday’, the actress said she found out about their relationship by reading a news article.

According to RadarOnline, Jenna wrote: “There I was, on a plane, alone, finding out about his new relationship. I felt blindsided.”

Jenna, who shares her six-year-old daughter Everly with Channing, said she found the situation “difficult” as he never warned her about his new relationship before it went public.

At the time, Jenna said she wrote tweets about the situation, but decided not to post them in the end.

She said: “Instead of reacting the way I wanted… I asked myself this: How do I choose grace in this moment?”

Jenna is now expecting a baby with her new boyfriend Steve Kazee.
