Jamie Foxx took his headphones off, put his hood up and walked away from an interview without saying a word when asked about his partner Katie Holmes.
The singer was warming up for a celebrity basketball match as part of All-Star weekend.
He was speaking to ESPN’s Michael Smith court side when the incident happened.
“Did you and Katie Holmes play basketball for Valentines Day? Like a real loving basketball game?”
This question prompted the Oscar winner to silently stroll away.
A surprised Smith asked “Did we lose him?”, while an engineer picked up the Oscar winners headphones and mic.

His relationship with Katie Holmes had been exceptionally private for the first two years.
The couple wouldn’t even be photographed in the same room together.
This was potentially due to her separation agreement with Tom Cruise, part of which allegedly stated she could not publicly date anyone else for 5 years.
The 50-year-old actor seemed in otherwise good spirits before the match doing LeBron James impressions.

The couple live in L.A. together.
Holmes was previously married to Tom Cruise for six years and filed for divorce in 2011.
