Katie Holmes has reportedly ended her five year relationship with Jamie Foxx.
According to reports, the actress couldn’t get over her trust issues, after she allegedly found out that Jamie had been cheating on her for years with another woman.
Jamie and Katie, who were reportedly set to wed, are yet to address rumours – but a source told Radar Online, “Katie just couldn’t get over her trust issues.”
The pair have been romantically linked since 2013, but didn’t go public with their romance until 2017 when they were papped holding hands on the beach in Malibu.
The source continued, “She had hoped that she and Jamie’s now-infamous walk on the beach would be the first of many public outings but he still wanted to keep things hidden and status quo — even as he’s seen out with other women.”
“No screaming fits or anger – just sadness when Katie called up Jamie to tell him she couldn’t do this anymore. He heard her out and said he was sorry.”
The couple were known for keeping their relationship extremely private, due to the alleged terms in her 2012Â divorce settlement with ex-husband Tom Cruise.
Katie was reportedly not allowed to publicly date anyone for five years following their divorce, in order to receive almost $9 million from Tom.
The actress shares daughter Suri, 12, with the Hollywood actor.
