Hailey Baldwin has opened up about her crippling battle with anxiety.

The 22-year-old, who married pop singer Justin Bieber last year, has revealed that she used to cry all night in her hotel room when her anxiety was at it’s worst.

Speaking to Glamour, Hailey said: “I read a book a year and a half ago when I was struggling horribly with anxiety—really, really bad. I couldn’t sleep.”

“People would ask me, ‘How are you?’ and I’d be like, ‘I’m fine; I’m good.’ But really I’d be crying in my hotel room all night.”

Thankfully, Hailey sought help, and admitted that meditation and therapy has helped her a lot.

“I like to meditate. I was just going through a time, and I read a book called Mindsight by this doctor named Daniel Siegel,” she said.

“I’ve found that you can solve a lot of things through self-help meditation and therapy. I’m so open about it. I believe so strongly in therapy, meditation, and faith—believing in something. That’s always the answer to me before anything else.”

Hailey opened up about her battle with anxiety, after her husband Justin revealed he’s been struggling with his mental health.
