Glenn Close brought her dog, Pippin to the Independent Spirit Awards last night and fans are freaking out.
The actress walked the blue carpet with her pup and even took to the stage with Pip, as she accepted the award for Best Female Lead.
Pip looked adoringly at his owner as she said her acceptance speech and waited patiently on the blue carpet while Glenn did interviews.

The actress shared a video on the way to the event with Pip sitting on her daughter, Annie Starke’s lap, as Glenn admitted that she didn’t know if they would allow the pup onto the carpet.
Fans freaked out on social media after seeing Pippin’s award show debut, as one tweeted: “If Glenn Close’s dog Pip doesn’t join her onstage when she accepts her first Oscar, I’m turning off the TV.”
Another called on Pip to host tonight’s Oscars, as it’s the first time in over thirty years that the award show will be without a presenter: “Glenn Close’s dog host the Oscars”.
