Frances Bean Cobain’s ex-husband has claimed that her mother, Courtney Love, conspired to have him killed – and it somehow involves a 13 Reasons Why star.

Isaiah Silva is suing Courtney, her manager Sam Lutfi, 13 Reasons Why actor Ross Butler (who plays Zach Dempsey in the Netflix series), private investigator John Nazarian, and musician Michael Schenk among others for conspiring to kill him, with the intent of stealing Kurt Cobain’s iconic guitar.

According to a copy of the civil complaint obtained by PEOPLE, Isaiah has accused the group of burglary, robbery, sexual battery, kidnapping, attempted murder, criminal threats, false imprisonment, extortion, stalking intentional infliction of emotional distress and trespass.

Isaiah has claimed that Frances gifted him the 1959 Martin guitar that Kurt Cobain played during 1993’s MTV Unplugged performance while they were married, and he got to keep the guitar as part of their divorce settlement, which was agreed earlier this month.

In the lawsuit, Frances Bean’s ex alleged that Sam Lufti, Ross Butler, and Yan Yukhtman “entered into a criminal conspiracy to commit trespass, burglary, home invasion robbery, assault, battery, kidnapping, and murder” against him in order to steal the guitar.

The documents allege, “The primary objective of their conspiracy was to locate and take possession of a guitar believed to be worth millions of dollars, which was gifted to Silva, by [Frances], on January 8, 2014, six months prior to their June 29, 2014 marriage.”

He went on to claim that Sam grabbed his genitals through his trousers and said. “Listen fa—-, calm the f— down or we’ll drag you upstairs and take turns f—— you.”

Isaiah alleged that Sam, Ross, and Yan forced him out of his home and into a black Cadillac Escalade, but his friend then called the police, and when officers arrived, he claims that Sam “hurriedly concocted a false story intended to prevent LAPD from arresting them.”

Isaiah’s complaint has also alleged that Sam provided Courtney Love and her daughter Frances Bean with illegal drugs including “illicit benzodiazepines”.

In another shocking claim, he alleged that Ross, who was filming season one of the CW’s Riverdale at the time, “acted as a courier for illicit drugs supplied to Love and Cobain” and he couldn’t be questioned by police “because he fled to Canada” – where Riverdale was being filmed.
