Kim Kardashian West has not yet announced her newborn daughter’s name, but fans are convinced that she’s dropped a massive hint on social media.
The reality star and her rapper husband Kanye West welcomed a baby girl via surrogate on Monday, and Kim announced the news on her website – but kept mum about the name.
However, the 37-year-old shared a cryptic photo of a Louis Vuitton monogram on Wednesday, leaving fans guessing that Kimye’s baby name was inspired by the French fashion house.
Fans were quick to guess that Kimye’s daughter could be named, “Elle V West,” “LV West” and “Louis West.”
The couple are big fans of Louis Vuitton, and just before their baby girl was born on Monday, Kim shared photos of trash cans decorated with the Louis Vuitton logo.
It’s no secret that Kanye is a longtime fan of the fashion house, as he’s made reference to Louis Vuitton in his songs, including Stronger, Runaway Love, Gold Digger, Can’t Tell Me Nothing, The Glory and Pinocchio Story.
However, some fans were quick to dispel the rumours, as they pointed out that Kim’s posts were in honour of Louis Vuitton’s artistic director Kim Jones, who announced that he would be leaving the brand after seven years.
