A video of Justin meeting a fan has gone viral as he was seen shaking and twitching while greeting the young Belieber.
Many fans around the world are worried for the 24-year-old’s health and have flooded Twitter with concerns for Justin.

In 2016 Justin claimed that he would never do meet and greets with fans anymore as it made him feel “so drained and unhappy.”
Fans are extremely worried about the singer and many have questioned whether he had taken drugs before he greeted his fans on the street.
Justin’s manager, Scooter Braun, recently told The Red Pill podcast that there was a point in time that he feared the singer would die from a drug overdose.
“There was a time when I would go to sleep almost every night — when he had the money to fly away from me — and I was worried every night that I was gonna lose him,” the manager said.

Meanwhile, the alleged fan who was spotted hugging Justin in the viral video has spoken out about the footage and stated that he was “healthy and happy.”
