Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson shares never before seen photos from private Hawaiian wedding

Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson and longtime love Lauren Hashian announced last month that they had wed in a secret Hawaiian wedding ceremony.

The couple kept things under wraps from the public, enjoying their big day with close friends and family.

Now Dwayne has chosen to share a selection of snaps from the day, giving his fans an insight into what their wedding and reception looked like.

The couple have been together for 12 years, and have two children together.

In the pictures, The Rock can be seen cutting a slice of rainbow-hued wedding cake for daughter Jasmine.

Later, he holds his daughter in his arms as he makes a toast to the crowd of gathered loved ones.

The pro actor revealed that all aspects of the wedding were created by family or by staff at their chosen venue to prevent their wedding being leaked.

In the caption of the post, The Rock wrote:

“Our Hawaiian wedding was beautiful and I want to thank our incredible staff for their outstanding work. To carry out my #1 goal of complete privacy, no wedding planners or outside resources were hired.”

“Everything you see was created by hand, by staff and family only. The end results were spectacular and @laurenhashianofficial and I will forever be grateful for helping our hearts sing on this day.”

The couple had an outfit change between the ceremony and reception.

For the ceremony, Lauren opted for a fishtail style dress with intricate lace detailing, but changed into a simple shirt dress for the dinner.

The Rock had opted for an all white ensemble for the exchange of vows, wearing a button-down shirt and white slacks, but changed into a blue Hawaiian print shirt for dinner.

In a second Instagram snapshot series, The Rock shared his love for his family.

“We love you family,” he penned, sharing pictures of extended family.

Instagram

“On our wedding day, thank you for giving us your full hearts, love and support. Meant the world to us.”

“Our ohana who sang beautiful songs and danced gorgeous hulas for us, also known in the streets as droppin’ it like its hot.”
