The singer was first linked to the fashion designer in November, but the pair have allegedly split after just months together.
A source close to the star told People their relationship “has ended.”
The source also slammed claims that Henry was her “sober companion.”
A source also told Entertainment Tonight that the couple “met a few years ago in rehab,” and that they “hit it off immediately and became fast friends.”
The online publication recently reported that Demi is “sober and committed to her sobriety”, and that she has cut ties with everyone on her team.
The source added that the singer is not involved with people who helped “enable” her before her apparent overdose in July.
