Demi Lovato is set to enter rehab this week after recovering from her drug overdose in the Cedars Sinai Medical Centre in LA.
Lovato was rushed to her local hospital on July 24th and had since suffered complications, which prolonged her stay.
A source told TMZ that the singer is now “stable” and that “her team is making plans to send her to rehab.”
The source also said that her team have given Demi an ultimatum: Go to rehab or lose their numbers.
A key member of Demi’s team told TMZ that they will be quitting should Demi choose not to get help.
“She could die if she doesn’t, and that’s not going to be on my watch that we did nothing,” they said.
A source told The Sun that “Demi will need several weeks of detox work and intense therapy.”
“The focus now is to reconnect her to her sober network before she can even think about getting back to LA, where she ended up falling back in with the wrong crowd,” they added.
“For the foreseeable future, her music career is on the back burner. This has been a huge scare for everyone.”
