Ciara has reportedly asked the court to enforce mediation with her ex Future, regarding their son’s travel schedule.
The couple split back in 2014, and have been struggling to divide their son’s time evenly.
According to TMZ, the singer wants to finalise her son’s travel arrangements, and believes mediation is the only way to settle the case.
If the court is unsuccessful in forcing Future into mediation, then Ciara wants a trial as this is not the first time she has requested mediation.
Back in April, the 33-year-old claimed in court that her ex-partner Future was missing scheduled visits with their son, and ‘bailing’ at the last minute.
According to reports, she also claimed that when her son does visit his father, that he allegedly spends the majority of his time with his grandmother and great-grandmother.
Ciara also raised concerns for their son’s health as his ‘flight fatigue’ lead to breakdowns in school.
