Chris Brown has reportedly filed a defamation case against the woman who accused him of rape.
The singer was detained in Paris on Tuesday, after a woman claimed that she was raped by him, before he was released without charge later that night.
The father-of-one’s lawyer, Raphael Chiche, originally told TMZ on Wednesday that the Chris planned to file a defamation lawsuit against the woman, and the online publication has now reported that the singer has officially filed the complaint.

In documents obtained by TMZ, the lawsuit is titled “false accusation, committed on January 18, 2019” and was filed today.
Chris has shared multiple photos on social media since his release and in one particular post he said that the allegations were “false” and added “for my daughter and my family this is so disrespectful and is again my character and morals”, before he deleted the post.
