Casey Affleck’s marriage is officially ending.
It emerged on Monday that the Oscar winner’s wife Summer Phoenix – younger sister of Joaquin – has filed for divorce.
According to court documents, Summer is asking for joint custody of the couple’s sons Indiana, 12, and Atticus, nine, and requesting spousal support.
The filing comes after the actors announced their separation in March of last year, having decided to go their separate ways the previous November.

Casey – who won the Best Actor Oscar earlier this year for Manchester by the Sea – started dating Summer in 1999 and they married in 2006.
The actor’s brother Ben Affleck is also in the midst of a divorce after separating from Jennifer Garner in 2015.
Casey came under fire for his Academy Award win because he has been sued by two women for sexual harassment stemming from his time working on the film I’m Still Here.
He is rumoured to have settled the two cases for millions of dollars.
