Casey Affleck and Summer Phoenix have reached an agreement of joint custody of their two sons, a year after they separated.

It is reported that the couple will have joint custody of their two sons, 13-year-old Indiana and Atticus, 9, according to TMZ.

It was reported that Casey wanted to deny her any spousal support, but in the end he did make some type of private financial settlement.

The two tied the knot in 2006 and separated in 2016. In November, a judge signed off the papers for the divorce, according to People.

The actor was ordered by the judge to pay his ex spousal and child support. When the pair split, they issued a joint statement to insist they had “amicably” gone their separate ways.

“Casey and Summer have amicably separated. They remain very close friends,” The pair’s spokesperson confirmed.

This year, he has been seen dating Floriana Lima. The actor took his new love interest to the Academy Awards where he won an Oscar for Best Actor.
