Eyebrows were raised when Kylie Jenner revealed the birth date of her child – the same day that her father, Caitlyn Jenner, was in Dublin.
Caitlyn was in Dublin on February 1st for the Xpose Benefit Awards, as she was accepting the Beauty Hero award.
People speculated over the validity of the father-daughter’s relationship, when it was revealed that Caitlyn was not in the country for the birth of her grandchild.
According to TMZ, Caitlyn has now spent about $3,000 on baby accessories for her new grandchild, Stormi.
Such luxury baby items include a stylish black and white stroller worth $1,500, a diaper bag for Kylie and Travis worth $250 each, and a lovely rocking white sheep worth $1,000.
This outpouring of love follows an Instagram post by Caitlyn stating, “My daughter just had a daughter. It’s amazing to be by your side through this journey. She’s SO beautiful already. Can’t wait to watch her grow. Throwback to my baby, as a baby,
Her statement comes after Caitlyn was noticeably absent from Kylie’s baby announcement video.
The 20-year-old shared a video documenting her pregnancy journey on social media on Sunday night, finally confirming the news that everyone had been waiting for.
Although Caitlyn was noticeably absent from Kylie’s video, the new mum commented, “Love you”, underneath Caitlyn’s throwback pic on Instagram.
