Blac Chyna’s lawyer, Walter Mosley, has confirmed the court date for her lawsuit against the Kardashian family.
The 30-year-old filed a lawsuit against her ex-fiancé Rob and his family, for allegedly damaging her career after their TV series Rob & Chyna was cancelled.
Her lawyer shared the news on Instagram alongside a pic with Blac Chyna, with the caption: “February 3, 2020. We’re going to court. White v. Kardashian et al. #staytuned #blacchyna.”

In a statement last month, Chyna’s other lawyer Lisa Bloom said: “Chyna alleges that she was slut-shamed, defamed and the victim of a plot to kill her hit show, Rob & Chyna, causing her significant financial damages.”
“The Kardashian family has filed numerous motions with the court, seeking to have the case thrown out so that Chyna would not get to present her case at trial.
“As her attorneys, we have fought these motions every step of the way, and the case has remained alive.”
According to the DailyMail, Chyna has also alleged that Kris, Kim, Khloé and Kylie published defamatory statements about her, which stopped the second season of Rob & Chyna from getting made.
