Blac Chyna seeking legal action after sex tape leaks online

Blac Chyna is reportedly seeking legal action, after she appeared in a sex tape which has been leaked online.

The graphic footage allegedly shows the mother-of-two performing a sex act.

Speaking to Us Weekly, Chyna’s lawyer Lisa Bloom said, “Revenge porn — posting explicit images without the consent of everyone in those images — is a crime, a civil wrong and a form of domestic abuse.

“It’s also a cruel attempt to slut shame women for being sexual,” she added.

Chyna’s lawyer pal Walter Mosley also posted a message online reading, “We have to change this culture of abuse and assault against women. Today’s post saddens me deeply as it is an attack not only against my client but my friend.”

“Why do we think it’s acceptable to sell, or publish, or seek revenge, or blackmail women in this way and without their consent? It’s not.”

The news comes as Chyna is currently locked in a legal battle with the Kardashian family, who she has accused of ruining her career.

The 29-year-old, who has daughter Dream with ex Rob Kardashian, filed a suit against the family last October, following her breakup with Rob early last year.

In November, Chyna dropped Khloe, Kourtney, Kendall, and Kylie from the lawsuit – leaving just Kris, Kim and Rob in the firing line.

However, a new court document obtained by Entertainment Tonight has revealed that she’s added Khloe Kardashian and Kylie Jenner back in as defendants.

The model is demanding damages from the family, which will be determined at trial, as well attorney’s fees.

Chyna has accused the family of “slut-shaming”, revenge porn and forcing the E! Network to cancel a planned second season of Rob & Chyna, which would have shown the former couple co-parenting Dream.

The sisters are also being sued for false light, defamation, intentional interference with contractual relations, and intentional interference with prospective economic relations.

“The unwritten rule no one told Ms. White when she embarked on a relationship with Mr. Kardashian is: the entire family takes it personally if you leave and will come after you, using their fame, wealth and power to take you down,” the original suit filed by Chyna’s lawyer, Lisa Bloom, alleged.

“They will get your television show canceled. They will go after your endorsement deals. They will condone slut-shaming of you. They will spread lies about you. They will claim you are a bad mother, without evidence,” the statement continued.

An amended version of the lawsuit, which was filed in November, removed everyone other than Rob, Kris and Kim in order “to narrow the issues and parties in the case.”

Then in December – Rob, Kris and Kim asked for the lawsuit to be thrown out, saying that the family had a right “to express opinions about situations involving their loved ones”.

They also added that Rob & Chyna was unlikely to be picked up for a second season, due to the fact that Chyna had a restraining order against Rob.
