Bella Thorne, her boyfriend Mod Sun (Derek Smith), and their entourage were reportedly kicked out of Utah’s Park City Marriott Hotel, when hotel staff noticed that one of Bella’s friends was smoking marijuana.
The actress was in town for the Sundance Film Festival to promote her new film Assassination Nation, which also stars Bill Skarsgard, Suki Waterhouse, Hari Nef, Abra, and Joel McHale.
According to Page Six, the 20-year-old and her friends “were seen rushing out of the hotel hours before the premiere,” and the insider added that, “There were so many bags, they needed a trail car to carry them.”

While Bella did turn up for the premiere of Assassination Nation, when it came to press interviews that she was booked in to do – the actress called in sick and cancelled everything due to a venue change.
The actress, who has over 17 million followers on Instagram, has been open about her use of marijuana in the past on social media.
Although recreational marijuana is now legal in the state of California, where Bella lives, it’s still illegal in the state of Utah.
