Bella Thorne was scrolling through Twitter on Tuesday, when she stumbled upon the fact that her TV show has been cancelled.
The actress played the lead role in teen drama Famous In Love, which has been airing on Freeform for two seasons – and was scheduled for a third.
However, after scrolling past an article announcing Famous In Love’s cancellation, Bella was left stunned.
She retweeted the article, and wrote, “If this is how I find out our show is canceled..I’m going to be so upset. Very hurtful Freeform. I woulda liked a phone call maybe.”

Sources have told The Hollywood Reporter that the cancellation comes as a “relief” for production staff.
According to reports, Bella exhibited “diva-like behaviour” on set and “clashed on multiple occasions with show-runner I. Marlene King.”
The outlet also reported that the actress actively wanted to quit the show, after refusing to “participate in Freeform-organized live-tweets during its second season.”
Despite reports that the pair clashed, I. Marlene King took to Twitter to address the rumours.
Despite what may be out there I am not in a feud w @bellathorne. We have, and have always had, a friendly and professional relationship.

She wrote, “Despite what may be out there I am not in a feud w @bellathrone. We have, and have always had, a friendly and professional relationship.”
Bella retweeted the message, and Marlene later tweeted, “FACT: The ENTIRE @FamousInLoveTV cast and crew are crossing our fingers and toes as we light candles for a S3 pickup. #Raige On!”
A third season is not confirmed, but maybe there is still hope for Bella.
