Bebe Rexha has slammed an alleged married footballer for texting her.
The singer told fans that an alleged married football player with children had texted her and asked when they would see each other again.
“Do you ever have that one guy that comes in and out of your life. And they are cheaters and waste your time. (sic),” the singer began.
Bebe then shared a screenshot of the conversation between her and the alleged footballer.
“When will I see you my friend!” the man wrote, alongside a ‘crying’ emoji.
“I’ll be performing on New Year’s Eve. On NBC. Happy New Years my Friend Xo,” Bebe responded.
“OMG or on tv lol,” the alleged footballer wrote back, before he said: “Not on TV”.
The singer ended the conversation by saying: “I’ll be performing in San Jose in January.”
Bebe then criticised the man for texting her: “hey friend”, and called on him to be a “role model” and leave her alone.
The singer later claimed that the man was married and had children, before she put up a poll on her Instagram Story in which she asked: “What do you guys think. Can a married man text single women and call them ‘hey friend'”.
The 29-year-old then ended her series of Insta Stories and said: “I feel bad for writing that but it’s how I feel.”
