Ariana Grande’s ‘One Last Time’ hits number one as fans pay tribute to victims of Manchester bombing

Ariana Grande fans have sent the singer’s song One Last Time to the top of the iTunes chart, following Monday night’s horrific bombing in Manchester.

The 23-year-old performed the track on the night 22 people were killed in the foyer of the MEN Arena when a terrorist detonated a nail bomb.

Fans started a petition to get the 2015 song to the top of the charts in tribute to those who died in the explosion.

It has since claimed top spot ahead of Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee’s Despacito and Liam Payne’s Strip That Down.

Yesterday Ariana’s management have released a statement confirming that the singer is suspending her European tour, which is scheduled to run until June 17.

A statement from the Dangerous Woman singer’s management has stated that her tour has been suspended up to her June 5 show in Switzerland.

The statement read, “Due to the tragic events in Manchester the Dangerous Woman tour with Ariana Grande has been suspended until we can further assess the situation properly and pay our proper respects to those lost.”
