Fans have been eagerly anticipating Ariana Grande’s music video for ‘Thank U, Next’, and the singer has been dropping some VERY exciting hints on social media.

Earlier this week, the songstress posted some Mean Girls inspired photos on Instagram, and commented, “All of this is tea. Only a tiny sip tho…tbc. And by a tiny sip, I literally mean tiny…like 25% of the cup.”

Then, Ariana started sharing multiple snaps referencing Reese Witherspoon’s 2001 classic Legally Blonde.

One photo shows Ariana on an elliptical, with Apple’s original orange iBook, which is the exact same one Reese’s character Elle Woods used at Harvard Law.

She captioned the post, “Whoever said orange is the new pink is seriously disturbed.”

Reese spotted Ari’s Legally Blonde posts on social media, and started sharing them on her own Instagram Story.

In response, Ariana told Reese, “Wait til you see the rest! Thank you for originating one of the most iconic, necessary & brilliant female roles ever. Love you the most.”

The 25-year-old also shared a photo of her beloved pooch Toulouse posing as Elle Woods’ dog Bruiser chilling on a pool lounger.

As well as that, Ari shared a photo with actress Jennifer Coolidge, who is best known for playing Paulette in the hit film.

After confirming her Mean Girls and Legally Blonde references, fans correctly guessed that her new music video will also be a nod to Jennifer Garner’s 13 Going On 30, after she shared a photo of a dollhouse.

Ari teased on Instagram, “Ok, you guessed the third! but there’s still one more so no tea. Tomorrow.”

The singer is yet to confirm the fourth film, but we’ve got a feeling it could be Clueless…
