Ariana Grande admits therapy ‘saved her life’

Ariana Grande has revealed going to therapy has “saved her life”.

The singer has been through an incredibly turbulent 18 months, after her a tragic terrorist attack killed fans at her concert in Manchester, then she lost ex-love Mac Miller, and just last month she split from Pete Davidson.

This week she released “thank u, next”, a song dedicated to her ex’s who she says she’s learned from and is grateful for.

Fans were quick to praise the singer for moving on so gracefully, and one in particular said her therapist was a miracle worker.

Replying to a fan who wrote: “who is ariana’s therapist and are they accepting new clients.”

Ariana admitted: “In all honesty therapy has saved my life so many times. if you’re afraid to ask for help, don’t be.

“u don’t have to be in constant pain & u can process trauma. i’ve got a lot of work to do but it’s a start to even be aware that it’s possible. “
