While they lost out to Bohemian Rhapsody at The Golden Globes, but A Star Is Born is now a firm favourite to take away multiple Oscars.
The critically acclaimed flick landed eight nominations, including a Best Actress nod for Lady Gaga and Best Actor for Bradley Cooper.
Bradley also earned a nomination for Best Adapted Screenplay, while the film was also nominated for Best Original Song (Shallow), Sound Mixing, Cinematography and a Best Supporting Actor nomination for Sam Elliot.
The Academy Awards take place on Sunday February 24th, and as of now has no host, after Kevin Hart stood-down from the presenting role.
