Rihanna’s makeup artist has shared the singer’s top beauty trick.
Hector Espinal, Rihanna’s long-time makeup artist, shared his date makeup tips – which the ‘Needed Me’ singer uses herself uses.
The makeup artist has revealed a beauty technique he says is just as flirtatious as your smile and it involves putting highlighter in this unique place.
While highlighter is traditionally used for the high points of your face, such as cheekbones and cupids bow, Hector has revealed that there is another place that, although not as popular, is just as effective at accentuating you look – your ears!
He said, “Anything I do on the face, I do on the ears. The idea, he says, is to look like a golden goddess when on a date, and that with low lighting, the highlighter will be emphasised anywhere you have it.
Or even “If you’re flirting and you just want to [slowly tuck your hair behind an ear]” Hector suggested it can have a big impact. Rihanna’s new Body Lava highlighting drops were released in April as party of her Fenty Beauty brand, and are perfect for getting the golden goddess look.
